Actually, the cousin of Rhinophyma is Otophyma and it affects the ears. Most doctors will diagnose Rhinophyma only and just treat it as if it is affecting the nose, cheeks and ears...though the correct term for the ear one is Otophyma.

That's just getting old. Look at dick van dyke. His nose and ears have doubled in size. Lots of older men get eyebrows as long as their noses.
